Our Office Network

We know that tenants, more than buyers, look for the right rental property across a variety of different locations. This is especially true for the 50% of our tenants who are relocating to London from abroad. Our dedicated Corporate & Relocation Services department has strong links with global employers ranging from banks and energy companies to law firms and embassies. Our experience tells us that corporate tenants are often the best – they are the most reliable, careful and usually have the best budgets. We look after corporate tenants meticulously because we know the pressures they face and the level of service they expect. We’re also, very often, the first port of call for relocation agents searching for London property to rent on behalf of their clients.

Our International Desk takes enquiries from all over the world and can connect tenants to a total of 18 different languages within the Samson network. This ensures that renters looking to move from abroad are given the best possible support.

Property Management relieves stress for both landlords and tenants. In our experience, the best tenants are more attracted to properties that are professionally managed by an expert. Equally, our Renewals team are on hand to discuss the end of a tenancy with the landlord and tenant – and if the London property market has changed since the initial contract was signed, then we’ll use our market insight, local know-how and negotiating skills to make the next phase of the tenancy more valuable.

More and more tenants are looking for a short let in London. This can range from just a few weeks to six months. Short lets will usually attract a higher rent but does provide an alternative to a costly hotel stay.

Our Marketing

Getting the right tenant for your property depends on the right people seeing it. So for us, marketing is not a side issue – it’s at the heart of what we do. We have a specialist marketing department who give every property the local, national and international exposure it requires. We advertise on and off line including a full range of local magazines and national newspapers. We also advertise on all the major property portals including Rightmove and Globrix. We retain the services of a PR agency and where appropriate we will create a PR plan to provide editorial coverage. And to make sure that every property is shown in the best light, we always take professional photographs of every property to rent in London.

Administration fee for long lets        £420

Administration fee for short lets        £180

This is a fixed cost fee that can cover a variety of works depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, including but not limited to, negotiating the tenancy, verifying references and drawing up contracts. This charge is applicable per tenancy.
