We have wide experience of management in London. This ranges from dealing with one of the oldest surviving purpose built block of flats to dealing with concrete frame purpose built modern blocks. Our team consists of qualified surveyors who bring an additional element to management not normally found. Such experience is of benefit to clients every day.
We will deliver a high standard of service to all clients. Telephone calls are returned on the same working day, letters are normally answered within 48 hours and issues addressed with a proactive management style.
We will tailor our services to your needs. There is no need for you to pay for what you do not require. This makes management services more cost effective. We would be pleased to suggest a basic framework suitable for your application and then add to this as you believe necessary.
No matter whom our client is, Resident Management Company or perhaps absentee landlord, we endeavour to treat all residents to the same high standard. It is clear to us that management of blocks is about inclusive decision making and transparency. We welcome the opportunity to be appointed jointly by landlord and tenants.
When you appoint Samson Property Management, your Property Manager can draw upon a complete range of services, including :-
All of these services are provided through dedicated in-house support teams. Their knowledge and experience brings true advantages to choosing Samson as your Managing Agent.
We understand that your property is an important investment that needs to be looked after. We also recognise that you have very individual needs and expectations – so we always ensure that the service we provide is closely tailored to your requirements.
While we take the hassle out of property management for you, we also like to discuss matters with you regularly, helping you make informed and effective decisions. Our approach is very ‘hands on’. When you need us there on site, we’ll be there – whether it’s monitoring works, meeting a client or just performing a routine check.
From time to time, you might ask us to carry out some additional services specifically for your home. For example, if you are planning to sell your property, you or your solicitor might want to request a detailed information pack. Or perhaps you may wish to seek formal consent from your landlord to sub-let your property or to keep a pet, if your lease requires it.
Your lease or transfer document may also set out some specific legal obligations for you to fulfil on buying, selling or transferring your property. For example, your solicitor may need to serve a ‘Notice of Transfer’ on us when you purchase or perhaps a ‘Licence to Assign’ on selling or transferring your property.
As these requests are particular to individual properties and circumstances, they are not covered by the service charge you pay for communal services. That’s why we have to ask you for a fixed fee or charge for each specific service required to cover the work we do
